EXMAN ELECTRIC was established in 1990. The founder/owner, Robert Exman, has been designing and building Control Systems since 1967.

EXMAN ELECTRIC is a small business with less than 5 employees, however, utilizing our automated facility and streamlined production techniques we produce more than 500 Control Systems annually.

EXMAN ELECTRIC provides electrical/technical support to more than 30 local manufacturers.

Because we are in the automation business, it is not surprising that we too have automated our production facility. From the ground up, we have constructed our own machine tools. These tools tap and drill the back plate and cut the holes in the enclosures. These high precision machines are used on all orders. All hole patterns are saved and safely stored on diskette, thus facilitating the quick duplication or modification of existing hole patterns.

Full documentation and an installation manual are provided with
each system and include the following;

• Complete Electrical Schematics
• Troubleshooting Guide
• Start up Procedure(s)
• Program Listings with rung description and instruction comments.
• Parts List(s)

All of our Control Systems are tested at our facility to ensure you receive a top quality and defect free product. Our PLC simulator allows us to operate your system as if it were connected to the machine it will be controlling. During this "Hot Stage" period any "bugs" or other problems are detected and corrected.
