To the right a fully loaded DC drive housed in a NEMA 12 enclosure (10 X 8 X 4).
It has everything, dynamic braking, multiple speeds, forward
and reversing control. This one is setup for a 90 volt 1 hp or less dc motor.
Four-speed preset, switch selectable. Dynamic braking after deceleration time.
Programmable acceleration and deceleration. Forward reversing switch active only when the
motor is stopped. Motor amperage display. Programmable motor overload. Remote line voltage
run / stop inputs. Two programmable outputs. Password protection.

To the right a 3 pump chemical mixing control system.
Each drive is connected to a chemical pump motor.
From a remote operator control box (not shown or furnished) an operator can select one of 8 mix ratios
and simultaneously start and stop all pumps. Each drive is also using one of its control outputs to
close a solenoid valve to keep the chemical lines from leaking when the pumps are not running.
This type of control system is greatly simplified because of the design characteristics of this new E-8200
digital drive's approach.
